Free Drug Rehab Programs
You (or your loved one) may qualify for free drug rehab programs in your area. One of the major stops when someone wants to get help for their addiction is financial. Many people think that they cannot afford to go to rehab or don’t want to put a financial burden on their families. Some options can allow you to qualify for a free or low-cost residential drug or alcohol rehab stay. It is sometimes beneficial for the client to go to treatment further away from home. Getting away from temptations and friends who may still be using is often better for many people. Clients who go to rehab in another state also have a harder time leaving treatment early as well. Depending on the situation, our counselors may suggest looking for substance abuse programs that are a plane flight away. Some of the low-income rehab center programs offer a sliding fee scale based on your income making treatment for addiction affordable for most people. If you do not have an income, many programs also offer free services to the public, but you may have to stay in your county or state to receive free help. For information on enrolling in a free drug rehab center today, call to speak with our addiction specialists 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When Should You Seek Addiction Treatment?
When you or someone you love has fallen into the trap of addiction to drugs or alcohol, it is time to seek treatment. Free drug rehab programs offer one-on-one therapy, group counseling, support groups, and medical help if needed, all while in a controlled and safe recovery center. These treatment programs can offer different types of treatment and lengths of stay, based on the needs of the client. Some programs offer medication replacement, dual-diagnosis programs, and medical care at their free drug rehab center. Admitting that there is a problem that needs to be corrected is the first step in the recovery process. Finding the root cause and learning to identify triggers is the foundation on which you can build for the rest of the recovery process. If you think that you cannot afford treatment and want to get help, give us a call and we can help you locate a free drug rehab center in your area. Why do people choose a free rehab center program?
Many people who require rehab for substance abuse disorders do not have the funds or insurance to cover the costs of private treatment programs, so they choose low-cost, and free rehab centers to help them recover. Free drug rehab centers can offer the same type of treatment that an expensive rehab offers. When looking for treatment for alcohol or drug addiction, it is important to get the help you need first.Do free inpatient rehabs work?
Free drug rehab programs work very well and have been helping people recover from drug or alcohol addictions since the 1700s. When tribal leaders began to see the impact of addiction on its people, they decided to do something about it. They used some of the same concepts that are at the foundation for treatment in the United States today. Free drug rehab programs have been around for a long time and have hundreds of years of history behind them. Do not think that a free drug or alcohol rehab center program won’t work for you. We get what we put out, and you can absolutely get the help you need through a free drug rehab center program. Free drug rehab center programs will be effective and will work for you if you put in the work. What is the difference between a free rehab center and a private inpatient rehab?
Free rehab centers offer most of the same therapy models that an expensive rehab center offers. There is a standard that most rehab centers follow and a list of services they must provide to be certified by the state to deliver treatment to the public. This is great news for someone trying to get help without insurance or money to cover the costs of treatment at a private rehab center. You may not have access to all the amenities that are offered in high-end rehab, but you will still receive therapy, counseling, detox, and activities that are geared towards your recovery.Private inpatient treatment programs use most of the same therapy models that are used in free or low-cost drug rehab centers. Although there are differences between the two types of facilities and accommodations, the treatment basics are all typically the same. In a private rehab center, you may receive a more personalized treatment program and amenities that can include private rooms, high-end activities, and experiential therapy options.

Are there free or low-cost detox centers?
Detox is the first step in recovery for most who need to go to treatment for substance abuse or alcohol misuse. Trying to find a detox center program that is free is about the last thing that I wanted to do when I was looking to end my addiction cycle. Thankfully I found a place that was close to me that was very low cost, or I wouldn’t be here today. There are so many more options now for free detox than there were 22 years ago when I received help. There is almost no excuse not to get the help you need. There are social detox centers that offer services to those who do not have insurance or the money to enter a private detoxification clinic. There are also options that you may not have thought about like: medication-assisted detox, outpatient detox, and tapering programs located in most major cities throughout the country. These can be low-cost or have budget options for those needing to find help. Some of these programs will also take Medicare, Medicaid, and state-financed insurance plans.
Will Medicaid cover the cost of treatment?
With the expansion of the Medicaid program, additional funds have been allocated to help those who have fallen to the grips of addiction. The federal government has expanded its grant program to also allocate funds to help those with opioid addictions. Through this grant program, they have improved the HHS overdose strategy and improved access to evidence-based treatment programs. Some private drug and alcohol rehabs have been able to get approved to be able to accept Medicaid and Medicare insurance plans. This helps them cover part or all of the treatment costs for those who qualify for these insurance plans.
