In Network Drug Rehab Centers

What is the difference between in-network and out-of-network?
PPO insurance usually does not require a referral from your primary care doctor to get specialized treatment from another doctor or specialist. Finding an in-network inpatient drug rehab center can make addiction treatment more affordable.
HMO insurance plans require a referral from a primary care doctor for someone seeking addiction treatment. Most HMO plans generally require that the policyholder remains in-network to get coverage for drug rehab center programs.
